Item Description
14" tall all cloth Pinocchio doll is unmarked but obviously Disney authorized from period of first release of movie (1940). Possibly by Krueger as the face materials and style of pants buttons are similar to several other Krueger Pinocchio dolls. Doll has stuffed cotton body w/molded velveteen face w/painted hair and features. Pinocchio wears felt hat (pinned to head), vest and pants w/striped pattern body representing shirt. Twill shoes. One leg has noticeable moisture staining from knee down and painted whites of eyes show some wear. Outfit shows some aging and pants buttons have some tiny spots of wear. Tip of nose has repair. Fine overall. Rare and first we've seen in our 54 years.
