Item Description
1.75". No maker but w/union back stamp. Roy Campanella began his MLB career w/the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1948 following a storied career in the Negro Leagues, playing primarily for the Baltimore Elite Giants team during the early-mid 1940s. Campy would spend his entire 10 year MLB career w/the Dodgers, winning three National League MVP awards in the process. Campanella finished his career w/a batting average of .276 along w/242 home runs and 856 RBI's. Campanella was selected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1969. Glossy, Exc.
