2.25" w/"St. Louis 80" union bug at 6 o'clock. Charming cartoon of a running elephant at bottom. Text along outer edge "Taft Wants This Taft Wants That- Taft Orders This Taft Orders That" continued in smaller text culminating in "Taft Even Orders The President To Do This And That" above bold red text at center. Faint edge staining most notably at 6 o'clock that does not extend past the outermost text. Fine. Only the fourth we can recall encountering. John Pendergrass Collection.
