Commemorates 30th Anniversary of Madison Square Garden fight in which Floyd Patterson became the first heavyweight boxer to regain a title. He knocked out Ingemar Johansson in the fifth round who he had lost to almost a year earlier. Cache photo of Johansson/Patterson in mid-fight. Signed in blue ink by both boxers. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA COA.
