Item Description
16x25.5" frame contains vintage 1940s publicity photo of actress Margaret Hamilton (1902-1985), noted for her portrayal of the Wicked Witch of the West in 1939's The Wizard Of Oz. Photo has been inscribed/signed in black ink w/steel-tipped fountain pen, Hamilton signing "For You Kirk! My Favorite Character Picture! With Warmest Good Wishes!" and adding her name. Photo has been professionally double-matted w/complimentary green and black colors under Conservation Grade UV Plexiglas next to color photo print of Hamilton in her most famous role, that of the Wicked Witch of the West. Signed photo has some handling wear w/scattered creasing, but most is only visible in reflected light. VF and ready for display. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
