Item Description
Group of 28 different numbered between 1 and 40. Each 8.75x10.5". High quality printing by Collotype and Pochoir, wherein color is applied to a print by carefully cut metal templates, giving these the look of hand-colored images. Each is titled "Interieurs Francais" plus name of designer and type of room interior plus "Editions Albert Morance Copyright 1924." We believe these were originally issued as a portfolio. Slight age toning on outer margins. Faint 1.5" margin crease on No. 1 by Martine. Print #29 by Groult has 4" partially erased pencil line, o/w condition NM on others. Attributions and total per designer are: J.E. Ruhlmann (3); Dufet Et Bureau (2); Pierre Chareau (4); Eileen Gray (2); Andre Groult (2); Francis Jourdain (4); Sue Et Mare (4); Martine (7). Superb color, design and printing.
