Item Description
13.5x22.5x7" deep illustrated cardboard window display box contains complete set (Style #630) by Remco, ©1965. Box is evenly aged and shows moderate insect surface damage. Window present but loose along bottom, w/some discoloration to plastic. Pair of 1.5" surface splits to cardboard below window. Box is VG overall. Elaborate set includes nicely illustrated insert backdrop that contains hard plastic three US Army Air Service bi-planes and two German bi-planes (crafted in red plastic, a subtle nod to the Red Baron). Additionally, set comes w/five soft plastic Allied "Fighting Men" soldier figures, four of which wear doughboy helmets. Contents are NM. Rare set, first we've offered in our 54 years.
