Item Description
4.25" tall, heavy, ornate badge in silver (unmarked but tested) with blue enamel lettering and hand engraved date. Center is concave with almost 3-D full figures (flat reverses) standing out from the background metal. In addition to the hanger bar, text quoted in the title, surrounding the fighters is "Presented By H. W. Peckham & S. Odonnel Clarendon Hall, N. Y." plus at bottom "Mar. 19, 1894". This venue was located at 114 E. 13th St. Tarnish traces but essentially Mint. Unique. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
