Item Description
2.25" with concave metal back stamped by maker Cruver and with locking vertical pin. Dated for Philadelphia bout "September 23, 1926" and with serial # 97. At base of serial number is horizontal hairline crack about 1" long to the right. Small and light traces of rim stain. Rare and VG. Second is 3.75" tall with stickpin on back. Ribbon reads "Dempsey/Tunney/Fight/Philadelphia/Sept 23, 1926" with tiny fabric separation below the "26" which shows little. Small text "Sesqui-Centennial Of The Declaration of Independence July 4 1776-1926" with images of seven founding fathers. Reverse has brief quote from Declaration plus tiny text around stating this is a copyrighted "Official Souvenir". One seen. VF. Both are Paul Muchinsky Collection with the button being his book example.
