Item Description
A mate to the previous lot. Same 7/8" size and w/Lucke Badge & Button Co. of Baltimore back paper. Photo of him in Orioles uniform. Heffner entered professional baseball in 1929. After all or parts of four seasons with the then-minor league Baltimore Orioles, Heffner joined the New York Yankees for the 1934 season. He played in the Major Leagues through 1944 for several teams, then managed/coached in MLB 1958-1968. He was a World Series champion in 1936 with the Yankees. Glossy, Exc.
