Item Description
Original illustrated window display box w/Styrofoam insert w/plastic cover contains 5.5" tall painted die-cast metal and plastic figure of Ultraseven, and appears complete w/all accessories. Made in Japan for the Japanese market by Popy as part of their Chogokin (line of die-cast metal robot and character toys sold in Japan) line, 1970s. Box has original Japanese Ultra series sticker and shows scattered wear. Box is Fine/VF though Styrofoam tray insert exhibits melting, which is a somewhat common occurrence w/these toys. The three included rubber Ultra Monster keshi toys have become stuck in Styrofoam (as seen at bottom right of figure image), which is VG. Comes w/illustrated instruction sheet showing others in the Ultraman line and also comes w/folded order card for other Popy toys including these Ultraman figures as well as Kamen Rider and other lines. Figure GA-96 has spring-loaded head fin/blade and comes w/additional fin/blade in factory-sealed bag. Figure is Exc./NM.
