Item Description
632C
Only example known to Hake's and a mate to the previous two lots. This matches the Durocher button in its 1.25" size and also features the same real photo as on the large 3-on-1 button. Dressen is shown in Brooklyn Dodgers cap. He was coach for the team 1939-1946 and later their manager, 1951-53. A three-time World Series champion. Oxidation on metal back. Front has scattered staining, much to the rim and not really affecting the image. Still retains full gloss and image is sharp and bold. VG. This completes the trio of obscure baseball rarities along w/the previous two lots. Paul Muchinsky Collection Book Example.
