23.75x29.75". Images of Washington, Lincoln and Garfield at top center w/candidates portraits below. Magnificent allegorical imagery including a cornucopia, anchor and birds nesting in the barrel of a cannon. Produced by the radical Chicago Republican Newspaper "The Inter Ocean" that was a major power in Illinois and throughout the entire Northwest. Five vertical and one horizontal fold. Two tiny holes flanking portrait of Blaine and one at center junction. Otherwise age toning and scattered separations along fold lines. Fine. Scarce.
