Item Description
2.5x3.5". New York Yankees. Rookie card. Although there are several different rookie card options for the popular Yankees captain, the 1993 SP foil card produced by Upper Deck is by far the most desirable and therefore, most valuable. Chipping on the edges and corners as well as scratches on the thin foil surface also make this the most condition sensitive of all the Jeter rookie cards and tough to find in high grades. Jeter was a 14x AL All-Star, 5x World Champion, 5x Silver Slugger, 5x Gold Glover and member of the 3,000 Hit Club. Inducted in the National Baseball Hall Of Fame in 2020. CSG subgrades are centering 9, corners 7, edges 7, surface 8.
