Item Description
Extensive lot for this scarce DC licensed card series that was released in the Spanish market only in 1958. Album is 8.5x12.5" w/32 pages designed to hold complete set of 240 cards w/scene text below each designated card area. Great front cover art w/title that translates to "Superman On The Doomed Planet" and story deal w/adventure that takes him into space to deal w/life on another planet. Back cover features ad for three different series, including this one. Album is unused, no cards have been mounted. Cover has some scattered staining along edges and at corners, which have some foxing. Pinch creases to spine. Cover is Fine overall. Page have aged but remain clean and VF/Exc. Comes w/100 unopened packs of paper stock cards w/full color art fronts and text backs. Paper card packaging has Superman image on front. Some scattered wear but most are Exc. to NM. Comes w/seven loose cards. A rare foreign issue in general, let alone in unused condition (as these types of cards are almost always found mounted).
