Item Description
14x20" on uncoated stock. Candid portrait w/slogan at top "Unendorsed By The Establishment-Endorsed By The People." From her 1973 campaign. Two short vertical tears at top center and horizontal creases from being rolled. A faint spot of age toning in green field left of headline name. VG. Brown's campaign was a losing effort but she did garner 30% of the vote. Brown became the head of the Black Panther Party in 1974 when Huey Newton fled the US to avoid criminal charges.
