Item Description
Pair issued by Palmolive Soap in the early 1950s. Ring is 1x1.25" figural plastic face w/brass ring and original battery attached (no longer working). Elaborate ring base has small image of Clarabell on each side. Back has a brass loop to hold battery and brass wire which leads to interior of the ring behind the face. Under the face of Howdy is a light bulb. Blue eye accents mostly gone but red red paint remains as issued as does much ring luster. Exc. Comes w/5x5" folded as issued instruction sheet w/order form on back for additional rings. Illustrations of Howdy on front and back. Paper is rare, we have only offered a few in our 54 years. VF.
