5" long ribbon w/W&H label on reverse and "T" bar stickpin. Design features an applied 1.75" tall felt heart w/a 7/8" real photo button pinned at center. Ribbon has text "Pennsylvania Commemorates President Roosevelt's 2nd Inaugural 1937." Light edge wear most notably at top right. Button has W&H back paper and light wear in reflected light.
