Item Description
First is 7/8" w/ Whitehead & Hoag back paper from their 1897 set of 84 buttons called Celebrated Men & Women. Second is 1.25" with fixed horizontal bar pin, no back paper c. 1898 and likely a Buffalo Bill Wild West Show souvenir. Of the half dozen Cody vintage picture buttons we know of, this has the most close-up photo. Both scarce and both glossy NM. Alan Weinberg Collection.
