Item Description
At 1-3/8" this is the largest Cody button we know of by 1/8". No back paper. Cody's image without dot screen shows him in trademark hat and floral design shirt and buckskin jacket with fringe. Button caption reads : "Col. W.F. Cody/Buffalo Bill". Cello surface has tiny wear in reflected light, reverse has thin oxidation layer, barely seen tiny back edge dent and most importantly no stain. Fourth seen in our 54 years. Rare and VF.
