32.5x50". 4.5" tall letters read "Eleventh Ward -J. G. L. Of MD." Blank back. Stitched at top to hold cross piece for hanging. Paint flaking and scattered moisture marks from consistent use. VG. This banner was discovered together w/state and JGL banners in a Maryland estate see lots #464-470. See additional JGL history in lot #464.
