34x52" cloth banner. Text in striking green and purple reads "Second District Of Baltimore City/ Just Government League Of Maryland" against a white background. Stitched at top to hold cross piece for hanging. Scattered moisture marks and wear from moderate handling. Fine. Unique. This banner was discovered together w/state and JGL banners in a Maryland estate, see lots #464-470. See additional JGL history in lot #464.
