Item Description
This is one of the few, once in a blue moon, buttons with two makers. This 1.75" carries a Bastian Bros. paper used in 1908. Additionally, the woman's hair and the telephone receiver are black. This is also the version shown in the color plates of Collectible Pin-Back Buttons 1896-1986. The alternative version, and seemingly made second, is known with a W&H paper and the lady and phone receiver are in brown. Of the two, this Bastian version is definitely the eye-catcher. Rare. NM. Alan Weinberg Collection.
