Item Description
Watercolor painting has been double-matted and framed to an opening size of 11.25x14.25”. Parker was an artist for the Saturday Evening Post during the 1940s, when this piece is from. Reverse has partial label noting this. Scene details soldier relaying stories to family as young woman sits disinterested holding ashtray while he smokes cigarette. Parker has signed in pencil above flower vase in upper right-hand corner. Art is Exc. and comes framed and ready for display.
