Item Description
Each of the four pins is about 1.25" tall while the stickpin is a .75" figure on a 1-5/8" stickpin with several kinks in the shaft. The five come from Germany and we think each has design elements not seen before. First is of incised (not embossed) thin tin with glossy silver luster. Tiny luster dot off his nose and right shoulder but Exc. Reverse has thin brass wire pin. Second is glossy black enamel and deep golden brass. The back has just a trace of silver luster but none shows on the front. Has hinged vertical pin. Third is thicker than usual copper-tone metal with Mickey's recessed body areas in metallic green wash. Reverse plate holds pin mounted with point upwards.  Stickpin is incised brass with silvered brass reverse. Primitive Mickey with mandolin. Last is also a die-cut full figure Mickey with early style long nose. There are subtle traces of black accent paint on the lustrous brass. He wears a ribbed T-shirt above his two-button chubby pants and his ultra long tail wraps around his feet. Pin is anchored at bottom with point and clasp at top. Exc. to NM except stickpin shaft. All are rare.
