9.5x10.5” with 16 pages. McLoughlin Bros. Inc. Book 266. Cover has lightest trace of wear. Spine wear with some loosening around staples, not affecting structural integrity of book. Centerfold has loosened at bottom staple though remains affixed at top. Pages are light cream in color and supple. Minor defects and with exception of loosened staple, book has VF appearance with Exc. contents. Still a choice example for display of this scarce book.
