11x16.75" on thin paper. Uncle Sam wearing an "SDS" hat w/an 1863 Ohio gubernatorial candidate Clement L. Vallandingham quote at top right reading "Men Who Meekly Submit To Conscription Do Not Deserve To Be Called Free Men." Two well flattened vertical folds and faint age toning at extreme lower edge. Otherwise only moderate handling wear. VF. Uncommon.
