2-1/8" w/back paper reading in part "The Hearnly Medallion Designed By E.C. Deacon" and "From Suggestion Of Patriotism/Prosperity By Hon. Chas. S. Hernly, Chairman Indiana Republican State Committee." Left side of design features a graveyard accented by American flag and golden sunburst on the horizon w/text "Our Dead Lie Buried In The Sands Of The Luzon. No Foreign Flag Shall There Salute The Dawn." Right side has a street scene w/a parade of happy workers carrying dinner pails and text "The People Will Not Vote Themselves Into The Poor House Twice In Eight Years." The "Eight Years" is a reference to the election of Cleveland in 1892. Scattered and faint light gray dots at extreme outer edge 6 o'clock. Otherwise only minor surface wear. Exc.
