Slogan on reverse "Our Policy Is Expressly The Policy Of The Men Who Made The Union, No More, No Less" w/tiny text at bottom center identifying engraver "Jensch & Meyer Chicago." Wear from light circulation. Portrait and text have nice detail. Extremely Fine. Uncommon and attractive.
