Item Description
2-7/8x7". Silk. Listed but not shown in Sullivan/Fischer as WS-3, one of only seven designs catalogued for Scott. Oval portrait at center w/text "Lundy's Lane Chippewa" below. Banner at top reads "The Hero Of Many Battles" and at bottom is a depiction of Scott's victory at "Vera Cruz Cerro Gorda Mexico." Edge fraying and minor handling. VF. Strong ink makes this a striking display example.
