Item Description
5x18.5x31" old store stock box contains motorized plastic model kit of the PT 109 U.S. Navy Torpedo Boat, famed WWII boat commanded by John F. Kennedy which was rammed by an enemy destroyer and split in two. JFK and surviving crew members would be rescued seven days later. 1/32nd scale boat measures in at 29.5" long when assembled and has sticker stating "Suitable For Radio Control" on lid. Original shrink-wrapped sealed w/one torn corner. Box is nice and square with no warp from shrinkwrap. Lt. aging/wear. lt. corner wear. Displays Exc. w/contents as sealed.
