Item Description
This is not the rarest 1930s Mickey button but given its large attention getting diameter of 3.5" it is most impressive. These were first ordered by retailers via the c. 1933 Mickey Mouse Merchandise Catalog and therefore the curl edge carries the text naming Walt's merchandising maestro "Kay Kamen Ltd" plus "© By Special Permission Walt Disney Enterprises". Reverse has hairline .5" cello split along the metal back and extreme cello edge of button has light tan age dots barely seen from 7-3 o'clock plus a pair of 1/8" shade darker dots at 4-5 o'clock. Only the slightest surface wear and about 98% of surface totally clean. Scarce. Fine.
