11.5x17" Archie Publications artboards w/pen and ink original art, pencils by Dan DeCarlo and inks by Henry Scarpelli for "Betty and Veronica" #136 published June 1999. Art is for "Better Fashionably Late Than Never" complete five page story, pages 10-14. Story panels are all Betty and Veronica trying to decide on an outfit for Veronica's latest date.
