Item Description
From the same set as lot #782. Card front reads "Habana B.B.C. P. Chacón-Infielder". Chacón played 25 seasons in Cuba between 1908 and 1932. He ranks fourth in Cuban League history in stolen bases and led the league with a batting average of .344 in 1920-21. He managed Cienfuegos in 1929-30 when Negro League star Cool Papa Bell led the team to the Cuban League pennant. He was inducted into the Cuban Baseball HOF in 1949.
