13x22" on thin paper. Title at bottom left "Retaliation To Crime: Revolutionary Violence." Powerful graphic of a panther w/red eyes and large teeth featuring "Black Power" at center. Short edge tears and moderate handling along top and bottom edges including small losses along base. Faint ink inscriptions on reverse not visible from front and a horizontal fold at center. Fine. Scarce. The Organization In Solidarity With The People Of Africa, Asia And Latin America (OSPAAAL) was founded during a conference in 1966 in Havana, Cuba attended by delegations from 82 countries.
