Item Description
Original 2.75x4" glossy photo depicting New York Yankees baseball all-time great, Babe Ruth, standing alongside a local Greenwood Lake (NY) fire department truck (and wearing a fire helmet) parked outside a residential home and joined by four men, with one other in a fire helmet. "The Babe" was known to have a vacation home in Greenwood Lake during the 1930s. Back has lt. aging w/small ink stamp number "6". Front shows lt. handling wear in reflected light. Wonderful and unique Ruth image w/nice clarity. Fine.
