Item Description
In 1938 Madame Alexander produced 16 different Disney character marionettes. This Donald Duck marionette is 9" tall and complete w/wood/metal wire controller unit. Painted composition w/wood legs. Nice quality fabric outfit, plush bandleader hat and jacket detailed w/metal buttons (which have some trace aging). Underside of feet missing small paper piece that was factory applied to cover staples. Some lt. aging to white portion of hat and small trace of paint wear to bill. VF/Exc. High grade example of this toy. All marionettes in this series are scarce.
