Item Description
White metal fob is 1-5/8" tall with reverse full figure boxer and text that translates loosely to: "In Remembrance of the Championship Fight". Tiny dot indent on front, bigger dot indent of back w/moderate smoothing of details on back, Back Fine/Front Exc. Next 1.25" silvered brass medallion w/loop. Front has well detailed full figure boxer. Reverse text around translates as: "Remembrance Gift Of Muro Company" while center reads: "Del Triunfo/Del Celebre Boxeador/Argentino/LUIS ANGEL FIRPO/Contra/ Jim Tracey/Octubre 1922/Buenos Aires". About one third of the silver flashed luster remains, rest clean brass. VF. Both rare pieces. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
