Item Description
1.25" and one of only two in this size we've seen for Louis. Likely issued just after his 1937 defeat of Braddock and for his August 30, 1937 Yankee Stadium successful title defense against Tommy Farr. The button by itself is scarce, but it is rare with these original hangers of ribbon plus pair of dark olive green slightly padded boxing gloves. Essentially Mint. Paul Muchinsky Collection Book Example.
