Item Description
11x17" Marvel artboard features pencil original art by Tom Morgan and inks by Jimmy Palmiotti. Published by Marvel September 1993. Splash page art is for page 22 from the story "Love & Bullets Part Two:Passion" and features a ghosted image of Punisher 2099's love, Kerry Dowenn in background and an enraged Punisher 2099, guns blazing as bullets glance off his armor. Skull logo behind full figure of Punisher as well. Top margin has stamped title and handwritten issue/page numbers. Signed boldly at bottom Tom Morgan '94. Art remains clean and Exc. Arguably the best art image of the issue.
