Item Description
4" tall tin litho by Bing, Germany 1920s. Toy is designed to be operated from wheels on reverse by steam toy pulley or manually with handle attached to one pulley. When operated, cobbler's arm with hammer moves as his head nods up and down. Moderate wear with some oxidation to workbench sides, top of room diorama and face and neck of cobbler. Toy also has solder repair at back of neck although not noticeable on display. VG/Fine.
