Item Description
12" tall tin litho unmarked but by Wolverine 1930s. Interesting double action of windmill moving on one side and Dutch boy with lever and wheel action on reverse. Base depicts Dutch street scenes. Sand enters through top, continues through toy to produce the two actions and exits by a chute on the one side. Slight wear, including 2" scratch on one side, pinpoint paint nicks overall. Still a nice display piece. Fine/VF.
