6x9" 41 Back-A blister card contains 4.25" tall action figure of Darth Vader from Kenner's popular 1980 "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back" toyline, ©1980 Lucasfilm Ltd. Card has "Free! Star Wars Action Figure Survival Kit" offer. Bottom half of card back has more information on action figure weapons/accessories offer that was available free w/the proofs-of-purchase of five "Star Wars" action figures. Card is unpunched w/clear blister, and is firmly affixed to card but dented on every side. Card has lt. aging/wear, surface crease right upper corner but displays VG. Figure is NM as produced.
