Item Description
1.5" tall slightly convex brass luster metal badge from the Captain America - Sentinels Of Liberty club kit, which was which issued shortly after Captain America's debut in Captain America Comics #1 (March, 1941). The club was a smart marketing ploy by publisher Timely to promote Joe Simon and Jack Kirby's patriotic hero. Trace of luster wear mostly around edges and surface wear mostly seen in reflected light. Near 100% paint remains and luster retains bright appearance. Fine.
