23x30" glazed cotton banner on 43" pole. Likely produced by the American Flag Co. of New York. West Virginia State seal w/slogan "Mountaineers Are Always Free." Date refers to when WV entered the union as the 35th state. 2.5" tear upper left margin. Scattered edge wear. Discoloration of white background. VG.
