Item Description
Each is 1.25" real photo without dot screen. No maker's name but union bug on each reverse. The first specifies his rank in the Missouri National Guard at the time of his May 30 flight and the second specifies his promotion to Colonel U.S. Army Air Corps Reserves awarded during his journey home from Paris and ordered by President Coolidge. Both scarce and glossy NM.
