Adco-Liberty Mfg. Corp. ©1954 NCP, Inc. Classic lunchbox shows Superman fighting giant robot on front/back panels w/classic yellow Superman symbol, "Superman" comic book title/logo and images on red band. Left side of band has slot for name and has "Superman's Friend Is ..." text which remains unused. Box has had moderate all over restoration and has had clear coat added. Scattered trace oxidation to metal handle and attachments. Interior has been painted and has had clear coat added. Box displays well. Comes w/8.25" tall generic (as issued) Universal Vacuum Bottle thermos w/plastic cap. Metal portion shows scattered wear w/some oxidation at bottom. Missing rubber plug. Fine.
