Item Description
2.75" cello wrapped silvered brass by Cruver, Chicago. Some silvering off hinged lid and striker panel. Tinted real photo of factory has .25" hairline black bristle trapped under cello at far right. Opposite side has extensive text for 1860 company which moved to Wooster, OH in 1907 and by 1915 was producing car and truck commercial delivery vehicles. Side edge seam has near hairline gap but still sealed. One tiny cello chip by lid hinge. No stain and high gloss. Rare and Fine. Alan Weinberg Collection.
