Item Description
At 2-1/8" this is the largest version we know of for this W&H stock design that saw use for many different carnivals and fairs throughout the mid to eastern US from mainly 1898-1900. This one has W&H back paper first used in 1900. By the "O" of Old is faint 1/8" tan mark and there is extremely light scattered surface wear seen only in reflected light. Great color and full gloss. Exc. Rare. This is the button photographed for the book Button Power by Carter and Hake. Comes w/Hake's COA.
