Item Description
3-1/16" knife with celluloid grips, a 1.75" blade and a 2" blade which has 1/16" tip missing. This blade is marked at base "Imperial/Providence R.I." Blades have moderate tarnish. One grip is blank and other shows standing Tarzan with one arm by his side and one arm extended horizontally. Below his image is "© S. Slesinger/Inc. N.Y." The previously known Tarzan knife, also copyrighted by Slesinger, shows Tarzan running with both arms by his sides and is known in four versions (1, 2 and 3 blades plus Boy Scout version with blades and tools). Light general wear on the grips with color complete and strong. Fine and unique in our 55 years of offering Tarzan collectibles.
